For some Providers and employers the size of their programme simply doesn’t justify the cost and overheads of having in-house systems and staff dedicated to manage a SFA contract.

We have over fifteen years’ experience of successfully managing large ESFA and ESF contracts. In 2015/16, we managed over 6500 Apprenticeships, 1200 AEB Learners and 300 Study Programme learners on behalf of thirty five Providers. Our audit tested systems and processes means we are able to offer a complete Back Office Service that ensures compliance with ESFA contract requirements.

This leaves you free to focus on providing quality delivery and critically, running your business.

We support all the key aspects of effectively managing ESFA Contracts;

  • Quality checking and data input for monthly uploads
  • Profiling and forecasting your funding income and collecting employer contributions
  • Real time Performance and Success Rate data via a simple online dashboard
  • An integrated e-portfolio for every learner, linked to your live data through a single system
  • Audit compliant paperwork and training your staff
  • A dedicated Relationship Manager and staff to provide on-site support during audit and inspection
  • Regular policy updates, highlighting business critical information
  • Frequent staff training and CPD to help prepare you for Ofsted Inspection
Service costs are competitive and often cheaper than in-house systems, as you only pay for the actual number of Apprentices we manage.

SkillWise has been helping organisations to deliver competency-based qualifications with increasingly greater ease and better visibility for well over 10 years.

We believe that as well as being really easy to use, an e-portfolio should turn the wealth of data it accumulates into accurate and up to date management information. We believe that learners should be able to use their smartphones to gather evidence as it occurs. We believe that assessors should be offered an off-line option, enabling them to assess from a tablet when ‘in the field’ - and we believe that the e-portfolio should be able to integrate with an organisation’s own learner management system.

VQManager provides centres delivering NAS with all the new functionality they need, giving each centre certainty of their learners’ readiness for end point assessment. Come and chat to us today about how we can help your organisation.
