Stand 2 - iPEGS

With iPEGS learners and employers can complete all of your apprenticeship paperwork electronically and remotely. Send Enrolment Forms, Commitment Statements, Apprenticeship Agreements, Contracts, fact any form to multiple parties to be completed on any device and signed electronically.

Set form due dates and reminders ensuring forms are submitted on time. Made a mistake? No problem - send a change request quickly and securely.

Once forms have been submitted - upload the data to your MIS system via CSV or export to the ILR XML template.

Worried about GDPR and data security? iPEGS is Cyber Essentials Certified and have achieved the IASME GDPR Governance Standard.

Stand 4 - Ofsted

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. We inspect and regulate services that care for children and young people, and services providing education and skills for learners of all ages. Every week, we carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England and publish the results online. We also report on standards across the country and are accountable directly to Parliament. Ofsted’s inspections are independent and impartial. Under the leadership of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector (HMCI), Amanda Spielman, we aim to be “a force for improvement through intelligent, responsible and focused inspection and regulation”. Ofsted is managed from its headquarters in London and there are six other regional offices covering the eight regions of England. We employ nearly 2,000 front line staff including Senior Her Majesty’s Inspectors (SHMI) and Her Majesty’s Inspectors (HMI), and we contract with over 1,500 Ofsted Inspectors.
