The AELP Spring Conference 2017 has been organised by the Events Team at AELP.
All bookings and payments will be processed online and all costs are subject to VAT.

Delegate Confirmation Confirmation of bookings will be sent to the delegate(s) upon completion of the online registration form and payment on this site.

Cancellations made prior to 17:00 on Thursday, 9 March 2017 are fully refundable. Cancellations made between the period Friday, 12 March 2017 up to and including 5.00pm on Thursday, 23 March 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking.
For any cancellations made after this date, the full amount will be payable. However, there is no charge for substitutions which will be accepted up until 17:00 on Wednesday, 28 March 2017.
Exhibition and Sponsorship Packages
Once an online booking is received, exhibition and sponsorship packages are non refundable under any circumstances. All payments must be received within 7 days of invoice. Delegate Substitutions
Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable but will only be accepted up until 17:00 on Wednesday, 28 March 2017. Please contact the AELP Events Team via email to arrange at email@example.com
AELP reserves the right to change the programme/agenda, content, speakers, workshops and venue as necessary or cancel the conference. If the conference is cancelled, AELP will endeavour to contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as part of your booking journey.
